As of 21 June 2026 the regulatory pages on BNG Calculator have been desk-checked against the JP039 technical annexes and the 2 June 2026 GOV.UK guidance update; a named CIEEM-credentialed peer reviewer has not yet been contracted. The page-level ReviewerByline reads “Awaiting MCIEEM peer review” until a named reviewer signs off. We will not fabricate a reviewer name.
Intended credentialing
Sign-off will be sought from a Chartered Ecologist (CEnv) at MCIEEM or CIEEM Fellow grade for the regulatory pages and from an MRTPI-credentialed planning professional for the planning-procedure pages.[S6]

Pages are refreshed when a primary source publishes new numerics; the changelog records every numeric update with source and date. Routine review cadence is quarterly; out-of-band review triggers include any new Defra Statutory Instrument, Natural England technical guidance, or significant secondary market price movement.
